Bladder 20 - Pi Shu

“Spleen’s Hollow” “Spleen Shu” (relates the the Back Shu Point of the Spleen)

Oblique 0.5-0.7”, or moxa

Back Shu Point of Spleen, Special Point for Pancreas


* Regulates Qi of the Spleen and Assists in the Transportation and Transformation Functions - epigastric pain, abdominal distention, vomiting, diarrhea, dysentery, indigestion, food stagnation from deficiency, Gan Syndrome, gastritis, ulcers, prolapsed stomach, nervous vomiting, enteritis, enlargement of spleen or liver, Spleen Failing to Control Blood, chronic hemorrhagic diseases, rehabilitation from menorrhagia, menorrhagia, prolapsed uterus, esophageal and tracheal pain, vomiting dark food, indigestion, food stagnation, belching, undigested stools, colitis, blood in stools, mouth ulcers


* Eliminates Dampness - jaundice, edema, hepatitis, lumps in chest or abdomen (with Pigen), leukorrhea, Damp Bi Syndrome

* Harmonizes Blood and Ying (Nourishing) Qi - weakness of limbs, , low energy, fatigue, anorexia, anemia, diabetes, sugar imbalance, hypoglycemia, eats a lot but remains thin, Qi and Blood Deficient dizziness, Deficient amenorrhea or early menses, Liver Blood Deficiency, Spleen Qi or Yang Deficiency, defective night vision

* Clears Obstructions in the Channels - pain in back or chest, urticaria, constriction of esophagus inhibiting swallowing, intermittent fever, cough, dyspnea, infantile convulsions, pain in knee with difficulty flexing (with BL 21)
