Bladder 21 - Wei Shu

“Stomach’s Hollow” “Stomach Shu” (refers to Back Shu Point of Stomach)

Oblique 0.5-0.7”, or moxa

Back Shu Point of Stomach


* Regulates Stomach Qi - abdominal distention, nausea, vomiting, borborygmus, diarrhea, indigestion, Deficient food stagnation, gastritis, Heat in the Yang Ming, prolapsed stomach, ulcers, loss of appetite, difficulty swallowing, regurgitation, infant vomiting milk, Gan Syndrome, gastric hemorrhage, stool mixed with pus or blood, flatulence, green stools in children, eats a lot but remains thin, anorexia

* Transforms Dampness - heavy limbs, edema, pancreatitis, hepatitis, enteritis, edema feels like a drum


* Eliminates Stagnation - pain in chest, pain in hypogastrium or epigastrum, abdominal pain from Cold stagnating in Stomach

* Clears Obstructions in the Channels - insomnia, poor eyesight, night blindness, dyspnea, pain along spine, pain in knee with difficulty flexing (with BL 20)
