Bladder 25 - Da Chang Shu

“Large Intestine’s Hollow” “Large intestine Shu” (pertaining to Back Shu Point of Large intestine)

Perpendicular 1.0-1.5” or moxa

Back Shu Point of Large Intestine 


* Regulates the Intestines and Stomach - abdominal pain and distention, borborygmus, diarrhea, IBS, colitis, constipation, enteritis, dysentery, cutting pain around navel, appendicitis, difficult or painful deification or urination, constipation with rectal distention, symptoms not changed by food or drink (Xu food stagnation), pain in small intestine,

* Clears Obstructions in the Channels - lack of urine, urethritis, Gan Syndrome, weak immune system after illness, slow pulse, supporting point for visceroptosis, pain at medial edge of scapula


* Benefits the Lower Back and Knees - low back pain, low back pain caused by constipation or menstruation, back sprain, pain in sacroiliac joint,muscular atrophy, sciatica, numbness or motor impairment of lower extremities, loins cold and painful, weak legs, releases deep m. quadratus lumborum spasm causing pain in lower buttocks, lower leg circulation, diabetic neuropathy, intermittent claudation, disturbances in deep vein flow of legs, calf cramps, atrophy of gastrocnemius
