* Strengthens the Lower Back and Legs - releases m. Gluteus medius causing pain in iliac ridge and buttocks at GB 30 and possibly down posterior thigh, low back pain, sciatica, diseases of lumbrosacral joint, paralysis of lower limb, sequelae of infantile paralysis, tension in groin or inguinal region, muscular atrophy, motor impairment of lower extremities, Bi Syndrome of lower extremities especially Rheumatic Arthritis


* Regulates the Lower Burner - irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, hemorrhoids or recovery from hemorrhoids with Kyutoshin moxa, leukorrhea, dysuria, red urine, enuresis, hernia, constipation, induces labor, peritonitis, orchitis, sterility, impotence, unable to become pregnant, scanty urination, red and white vaginal discharge, inflammation of scrotum, uterine prolapse, inflammation of ovaries, uterus or urethra, seminal emission, for menstrual problems with estrogen/ progesterone imbalance, fibroids, cysts, endometriosis

* Clears Obstructions in the Channels - Cold Hara (with Kyutoshin moxa) for [fertility problems, cold and achy back, cold feet, stiff shoulder, prostate problems and menopause], epistaxis, swollen epigastrum, abdominal swelling, vomiting, borborygmus, diarrhea, raises white blood count (needle downwards with Bl 32 and 34 for 2 minutes stimulation) postmenopausal women with declining eyesight and headaches (with Kyutoshin moxa)
