“Commission the Middle” “Commanding Middle” “Bend Middle” (referring to location in the center of popliteal fossa)

Perpendicular 0.5-1.5, or moxa or bleed

Earth point, He Sea Point, Lower He Sea Point of Bladder, Lumbar Command Point 


* Drains Summer Heat - abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, heat exhaustion, acute gastroenteritis, coma due to stroke, tidal fevers, body feels heavy, diarrhea with bloody stools
